God has an incredible purpose for your life, and nextSTEPS is

designed to help you connect with that purpose. During nextSTEPS,

you will spend your time diving into what it looks like to follow Jesus, discover your purpose, connect to the church and then make a difference with your life.

nextSTEPS happens every month in four consecutive Sundays, starting with stepONE on the first Sunday of the month. We invite you to jump in at any time.

stepONE happens the first Sunday of every month. You’ll hear the COTR story and find out what we’re all about.  At the end, you’ll get a chance to become a member of this amazing family!

Discover your personality and gifts and see how they indicate your purpose in life and your best fit in ministry.  We believe everyone was created with a God-given purpose, and one of the reasons we exist as a church is to help you discover that purpose and get plugged in to it.   stepTWO happens the second Sunday of every month.

Explore the ministry focus of COTR and find out what makes us unique.   We use stepTHREE to answer some important questions that you’re probably already asking!  stepTHREE happens the third Sunday of

every month.

We want to get you connected to a team as quickly as possible because there's nothing as fulfilling as making a difference in someone else's life! Connect to the opportunities available at COTR to live out your purpose and serve others by using your gifts. stepFOUR happens the fourth Sunday of every month.

If you are new to COTR, have completed nextSTEPS this year, or its

your first time to visit us, we want you to come and join us on the 

5th Sunday morning of the month. Immediately following the morning service we will be serving Pastor’s Breakfast. You’re invited to come meet with our pastoral staff, church leaders, and more incredible people! We are so excited about this that we are removing all excuses- breakfast is on us and childcare is provided! Let’s get connected!
